Shipping FAQ's

1. Do you ship nationwide?
- Yes we do.

- For Metro Manila customers, you have the option have your orders shipped thru a same-day courier using the Store Pickup option, or thru LBC.

- For Luzon customers, we ship out your items thru LBC.

- For Visayas and Mindanao customers, we ship out your orders thru AP Cargo (Branch Pick-up) or thru LBC if it's a non-liquid item.

2. Why are your shipping rates expensive?
- Shipping fees are standard nationwide. For Metro Manila customers that are near our Quezon City shop, you can select the Store Pickup option at check out so that you will have the ability to book your order thru any same-day courier of your choice.

3. How many days does it usually take for my order to arrive to me?
- For Luzon customers, it usually takes 3-5 business days, while for Visayas and Mindanao customers, it usually takes 1-2 weeks if thru AP Cargo, or 7-10 days thru LBC.

4. Do I have the option to have it picked up in a LBC/AP Cargo branch?
- Yes you do. Just make sure to leave a note at check out, or send us an email together with your order number.
